RAINMAKING CIRCLE GUIDE
Mansi is an engaging speaker who challenges outdated business development models and empowers professionals to grow through authentic, trust-based relationships. Drawing from The Monsoon Method, she delivers actionable, inspiring talks on modern rainmaking, trusted relationships, and breaking barriers for women and diverse professionals. This would be an hour long session where she would cover topics from her book. Because the author hopes that each reader can complete the exercises, she recommends a chapter a month alongside the work. If invited to speak at your organization, Mansi generally includes up to 30 books. This session can be on Zoom or in person.
The author is available for a session that is more involved than the shorter lunch speaking opportunity where she sets up your organization to work through the book, The Monsoon Method, together. This session would cover portions of the first chapter after explaining why this methodology is tailored for each reader's skill set. The book is to be read one chapter a month so that the reader is able to take the work identified in each chapter and turn it into action. By the end of the year, any reader should have business plan for customer acquisition. The author would suggest that this live talk kick off a monthly book club, or year long accountability circle for your organization.
For select organizations, the author is willing to serve as the guide for a rainmaking circle. This is a year long effort for your organization. The ideal size for this group is 8-10 people, in addition to the guide, and the group would meet monthly (12 sessions in total) for the full year. The author recommends this for a new partner or managing director class where they are moving from service providers to rainmakers in your organization. If the author is not available to serve in this role, she is prepared to provide coaching in addition to an accountability guide to your organizations so you can achieve the same success through your own rainmaking circles.
Please reach out for pricing and availability.
